Front page re-vamp...

I'm planning to replace the front page with something like this :

I need some contructive criticism from you guys or any usabilty tips,

I'm already going to add a static background outside the main picture, and change the colour of the higlighted links, so, anything else u can think of ?

It's better than the one we have now, our site does not need the "full website look". I would just use another background

Wow it's great Arma. Clean, simple homepage. I like the dog tag links aswell .
